The suit is an outgrowth of the sensational habeas corpus proceed? ings, which Mrs. Lucy Dugas Tillman brought against Senator Tillman and his wife for the recovery of her two children, whom ht^r husband had deeded to the Senator. I j l Bennsttsvllls, Dec. 3.?since Wed* 11 nssday morning the coroner's jury ' has been inquiring into tho cause of tho death of Prentiss Moore and Guy Rogers, the two Bennettsville boys who went hunting Thanksgiving morning, and were found dead in a ditch Saturday. Late this afternoon the Jury announced as their verdict "Prentiss Moore and Guy Hogers came to their deaths by gunshot wounds in tho hands of a party or parties unknown to us."
