Court today. In special session, prac?
tically reaffirmed the position taken
by that Court In regard to the dispen?
sary funds and granted a mandamus
against the commission ordering It to
pay a claim approved by the General
Assembly notwithstanding the Injunc?
tion against such payment from the
Federal Court. The attorney for the
dispensary commission at once gave
notice of appeal from the Supreme
Court's order, and the case will be at
once taken to the Supreme Court ">f
the United States, and It la probable
that the ruse will be argued before
that tribunal at the same time as the
/leisenman case, that goes up from
the Federal Court of Appeals to the
Federal Supreme Court, both cases
involving the same points as to the
