with Kyle and applied a vile epithet

remonstrated with Daosby. but with*
out making any demonstration of
violence, Daosby drew bis pistal, a
45 calibre Colts, and when a by

and fired, the ball atriking Kyle in

the preceding year when speculation
was rife and prices inflated far be
