Masoo and Manning allege that th*y have been wrongfully deprived of their posi'iorsin the said corporation, and that the affairs of tbe corporation are being mismanaged to tbe detriment of the stock* holdem, and that the appointment of a re? ceiver is necessary tor the protection of tbe stockholders.
