purchase of a lot on Liberty Street upon
which to erect a house for Delgar Reel Squad.
Action of the committee was approved.
The clerk presented appeal of W. Y. L.
Marshall from the judgment of the Mavor's
Crnrt requiring him to pij broker's license
and 20 per cent penalty, amounting to $30

meeting.
