ham bill, providing fur prohibition in
Georgia, wan passed by the lower
house of the general assembly today.
The vote stood : Ayes 93, nays 65.
The measure received a majority of
but five votes?88 being the two
thirds vote
Although the bill has passed its
stage it ia not assured that it will
become a law. It is known that of
the U members constituting the state
senate. -2 oppose the measure and
this means its defeat.
However, the friends, of the bill
