Pursuant to an order of the Court
of Common Pleas for Williamsburg
county, in the case of the First National
Bank of Florence, S. C., plaintiff,
against Grady D. Perry, Jr., defendant,
made by his Honor Judge
J. W. DeVore, Judge of the Third
Judicial Circuit, and dated December
7th, 1922, I will sell at public auction
to the highest bidder for cash, in
front of the court house door at
Kingstree, S. C., during the usual
hours of sale on Monday, January
1st, 1923, the same leing salesday,
the premises below described:
All that certain piece, parcel or
tract of land lying, being and situate
in Johnson township, State and County
above mentioned, containing one
lundted and fifty (150) acres, more
or less and having the following

price was shown in a sale conducted
by a large stock concern in Columbia
a few days ago, when it sold more
than four hundred mules at auction.
The top price was $280. Attending
the sale were 150 buyers. One of
them, D. E. Scarborough, of North,
