On Friday night the Epworth
League of the Union Methodist church
gave a Thanksgiving party in the
school auditorium. The auditorium
was beautifully decorated with autumn
leaves, pine burrs and gray
moss. All the chairs had been removed
except enough for the guests,
bo that there was plenty of room for
the games that were enjoyed. Con- 3
tests and music were also a part of <
the program. Quite a number of
league members and visitors were
present to have a part in this even- '
ing of fun and frolic. Apples and
parched peanuts were served to the jj
\juests in abundance.
