Whereas, the Town Council of Kingstree, in the County of Williamsburg, State of South Carolina, by resolution duly passied and adopted in Council assembled on September 6, L921, has ordered and directed the regular election of municipal officers in aid for the said Town to be held at the County courthouse in said town, on the 27th day of September, 1921, for the purpose of electing a mayor and six aldermen and a commissioner of public works of and for said town of Kingstree.
