amounts and in nearly all schools in
the State for both races have meant
the salvation of many students, for
with the fall of cotton they would
have dropped out for such timely help.
The fund will be finally wound up

committees, of which the probate
judge, the county school superintendent,
or the principal in the high
school at each seat is a member.
