Kellcy gives notice in the Record today that he will apply to the ecretary of state for a charter of intorporation for a Nnrses Training School in connection with his Sanatorium. Already Dr. Kellcy has advertised his intentions to cpen this chool an i set forth that young ladies f good moral character and possessing a high school training are want >d as pupils. Dr. Kelley informs us that ao far only a very few applications have been received. This shoi.ld- not he. Professional nursing is a high calling. In this institution the tr: ining is not only free but the pupil will rcseive pay and expenses throughout the course.
