Notice is hereby given that there uill be held in Williamsburg County on Tuesday, September 14, 1920, a 5?cond primary election for the nomination of candidates of the Democratic party. The same managers who served in the first primary will serve in this second primary, and the voting ]daces will be the sAme as in the first primary. The election will be conducted in the same manner and according to the same rules.
