Notice is hereby given that pursuant
to an order of the County Board
of Education of Williamsburg County,
State of South Carolina, the undersigned,
as Trusttes of Rough Branch
School District in Williamsburg county
and State aforesaid will hold and
cor duct a.? election at Rough Branch
school house in said school district, on
Saturday, the 24th day of July, 1920,
for the purpose of submitting to the
qualified voters and electors of said

I the: question of levying and collecting
an annual tax of one (1) additional
mill on the property in said joint

be used to supplement the taxes now

each elector favoring the proposed
lew shall cast a ballot containing
the word "YES" printed or written
thereon, and each elector opposed to

same 'will be held and conducted in
the manner prescribed by^Section 1742
of the Code of Laws of South Carolina,
