D. 1920, for the purpose of voting on the question of levying a Four (4) Mill additional tax for school purposes, in school district No. 52 in Florence County and No. 29 in Williamsburg County, the said school district being joint school district; the said election will be held in the manner prescrib ed by and in accordance with the rules and provisions of Section 17. 42 of the Code of laws of South Carolina of 1912 with amendments thereto.
