Under the decision of Judge T. J.
Mauldin. recently rendered at Greenville.
interpreting the provisions of
the will of the late Mrs. Elizabeth
Middleton Hey ward of Greenvill-.
one-half of the residue of the estate
of the late Mrs. Heyward will go to
che school of the Deaf and Blind at
Cedar Springs, Spartanburg count\.
and the other half for the upkeep of
the Middleton place on the Ashley
rivpr in Charleston county. The will
has been in litigation some time and
