in Chicago's campaign against
food hoarders and profiteers were
issued last Saturday under the Lever
food control law. John W. Camp3S,
bell, president and treasurer, and
>! John E. Bunker, vice president and
' manager of the John Campbell
Company, wholesale sugar dealers,
were charged with violation of the
;? law and accused of having realized
a profit of 40 per cent on ^uiar sales.

Palmer, said that the campaign
against hoarders and profiteers
would be vigorously prosecute i. He
