Margaret,the little six year old h<
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. L. Nesmith,
born July 4 1913, died July
15, 1919, after a short illness. She
was seized with a fatal attack of appendicitis
on Monday morning and ai
on Tuesday morning she was rushed S<
to Dr. Kellev's Sanitorium for an .

operation, but God was waiting for e(j
her, and although she received every
attention possible, she waS not to
stay with us. She suffered untold
pain in those few hours of her illness,
stlli she was as patient and meek as ~"
a lamb, scarcely ever murmuring.
Margaret's death was a shock to
evreybody and has cast a gloom over
the home and community for she was
an affectionate child and all who
knew her loved her. She is missed
and she will be missed, her place is
vacant, her voice is stilled, her footstep
is no longer heard, yet we know
there is another angel in heaven
waiting to welcome the loved ones
home. She is watching over you and
the dear little saint wants you to
follow in her footsteps homeward.
We wonder sometimes why those
we love so dearly must be taken
from us, and at times it seems almost
a mystery, but we have that
blessed assurance that God doeth
all things for the best, although the
clouds hang dark and heavy now
some day there Will be a silver lining,
then the mystery will be cleared
Our hearts go out in sympathy to
the bereaved family. We know these
are dark hours for you, but remember
that only a short while and we,
too, will join her?we know she is
now one of His precious jewels?we
know she is now in Heaven joining
in that song which she loved so well
to sing on earth.
"When He cometh, when He cometh,
To make up His jewels,
All His jewels, precious jewels
His loved and His own.
Like the Stars of the morning
His bright crown adorning,
They shall shine in their beauty
Bright gems for His crown.
He will gather. He will gather
The Gems for His Kingdom.
