This week we are seniing bills to <
all delinquent subscribers. It costs <
us quite a little in the way of time. 1
stationery and postage to do this. <
but it is our belief that there never
was a better time for a man to pay '
up his subscription, and if we do not <
receive a prompt remittance we.shall i
infer that he does not want the old <
County Record any longer, and bis >
name will be stricken from our mail- i
ing list. As previously stated, we
have carried hundreds of our old
subscribers for the past three or
four years, because of the unusual!,
hard times and scarcity of money,; <
regardless of the cost and inconven-1 i
ience to ourselves on occount of the,s
constantly increasing cost of every-1
thing required in the production
of a newspaper. There are no hard
times now, money is plentiful, and
we feel that we are entitled to what;
