He does not know whether he will be called into service or not. The show in Kingstree last week attracted large crowds from here. Some of our tobacco growers sold on the Lake City market Thursday, realizing fine prices. Messrs J W Stewart and R S Burgess have inyested in cars. Mr Charley Carraway of Charleston spent from Saturday to Monday with his farfiily, who are visiting Mr and Mrs G W, Burgess. Mr J V Burgess visited the county seat Monday. Mr T E Salters left here Saturday for a visit to various places in the upper part of the State. He will be away several weeks.
