In reporting the proceedings of
. the court last week a mistake was
made in the case of Venters against
Daggett. It appeared that LeRoy
s Lee, Esq, represented the plaintiff,
and Messrs Kelley & Hinds repi
resented the defendants. It should
have been that the plaintiff was
represented by Messrs Kelley &
Hinds, and the defendants by LeRoy
Lee, Esq, the verdict being for

The Grand Lodge of Masons con8
vened in their temple in the city of
