Washington, November 28:?The State department received seven messages from the Mexican border today which told that "Pancho" Villa had completely isolated Chihuahua City. A division of the victorious rebel army was reported moving northward along the Mex- ? ican Central railroad, with Juarez as their objective point. Villa is said to have demonstrated his usual cunning by placing one of his subordinates in command of the column which is expected to attack Juarez. This strategy is believed to be due to the presence of 40,000 United States troops in the vicinity of El Paso. Gen Funston has raported that Gen Pershing's command at Casas Grandes is sufficiently equipped with men and supplies to face any force that Villa could muster. Some apprehension is felt, however, that an attempt to cut the lines of communication in the vicinity of Guzman or Ascencion. To Enforce Game Laws.
