Just think, over 1100 d delegates assembied in convention n to discuss the merits of the Sundayschool work. How I do wish that ,e every Sunday-school worker in Williamsburg county could have been >f there and seen, heard, and felt what 1 saw, heard and felt. It was the ; most soul inspiring occasion it has | ever been mv privilege to enjoy. Nothwithstanding all the pleasure that was afforded me, there was L? something that I saw, or didn't see, e that made me feel sad. It was not what I saw that caused this sadness, o I saw the names of fifteen countus that had reached the standard of banner counties. Williamsburg was I- not in that list. Why? This is the ' d question I want the Sunday-schools. of Williamsburg county to answer, j ^ Is it because those fifteen counties; f which have reached this standard J- have better Sunday-school material 0 than Williamsburg? I answer, no! e I venture the assertion that Willamsburg has as good material as any >f other county in the State. Simply because we have not been up and doing. I repeat, let's awake and get to work. Let's do things. Old Williamsburg mu3t come to the front. I want every " member of the Sunday-school in Williamsburg county to ask himself j or herself this question: "If every j- member of our Sunday-school was ? incf Hlro mo what kind of SundaV e school would our Sunday-school be?" j Now, let's take this for our motto for 1916: "I arn only one. but 1 am a one. Then, when the convention meets in 1917 Williamsburg county will stand e among the banner counties. Will n we be satisfied with this?
