Notice to Democratic
Clubs.
Pursuant to the rules of the Democratic
party of South Carolina, the various
Democratic clubs of Williamsburg
county are hereby called to meet at
their respective meeting places Saturday,
April 22, 1916, for the purpose of
reorganization. Each club shall elect
a president, vice president, secretary,
one executive committeeman and one
delegate for every twenty-five (25;
members and one delegate for a majority
fraction thereof. Each club is required
to have at least twenty-five (25;
members on its roll to be recognized as
a club under tne rules or cne parry.
Kach club's secretary will please forward
to the county chairman immediately
the names of the officers of the
club and the names of the delegates
elected to the county convention, and
the name of the executive committeeman
elected.
The county Democratic convention is
hereby called to meet at the court house
in Kingstree on Monday, the 1st day of
May, 1916, at 12 o'clock noon.
The county Democratic executive
committee as shall be elected for the year
1916 by the various county clubsis hereby
