-?-? ??? ? ?
The Wee Nee Literary society
held its regular meeting last Friday.
The query for debate was: "Resolved,
That School Children Should Not
Go to Moving Pictures and Frivolous
Parties on Schoolday Nights." The
judges rendered their decision in fa
vor of the negative. Miss fcrnne Mcintosh
read a selection of personal
jokes.
The basketball girls are practicing
for a match game with the Coward
team on this court on the 19th inst.
v We like the home folk to be interested
in our basketball games.
We are glad to hear that Harold
Steele, who was seriously injured by
an automobile a few weeks ago, is
improving daily. It is our sincere
hope that he will soon be back at
school.
