Hemingway, January 3:?One of ;he most enjoyable events of the Christmas holidays was a birthday Darty given by Miss Sallie Haselden Monday evening of last week at her lome in West Hemingway. A large number of young people gathered at an early hour and were jelightfully entertained with music Misses Alice McLaulin and Sallie Haselden,and merry games in which ?veryone joined. After this came :he most amusing feature of the evening, the observation table. All present were invited into the hall, Ahere in pairs they marched three :imes around a table on which was \ collection of vaiious articles. Thin they were asked to return to the parlor and write a list of as many of the objects observed on the table as possible from memory.
