which said will, dated March 14tb,
1908, was duly admitted to probate and
was recorded on March 30th, 1908, in
tne office of the Judge of Probate for
Williamsburg county in Will Book "E,"
at page 389-390 and 391, and by and
under the power and authority in said
will delegated to us, the undersigned
Executors of the last Will and Testamznt
of the said D Z Martin, deceased,
will sell at public auction before the
court house door in Kingstree, S 0, between
the legal hours of sale on the 2nd
day of February, A D, 1914, the same
being the first Monday and salesday, to
the highest bidder for cash, the following
described tract of land, to-wit:
All that tertain piece, parcel or tract

Atlantic Coast Lumber Corp's tramroad
has been renewed. The road'
was already built as far as Prospect
church; now they are busy extending
it into the Leo section that they
may be in readiness to deliver fertilizers
and other freight. This will
be a great help to the farmers and
merchants in this section.

her home at Bethune.
Quarterly conference was held at
Prospect church Saturday and Sunday.
Presiding Elder Browne of
Kingstree gave us an admirable
sermon.
Mr G C Franklin of South Boston,
Va,arrived last week to take charge
of Mr R A Brown's tobacco crop.
We welcome Mr Franklin and wish
for him a successful year.
Mr Bailey Lyerly has accepted a
position as clerk for Mr W Poston.
Bailey is a bright young man and
we wish for him a prosperous year
in business and otherwise.

rillman, S C, sent here by a friend,

Washington permits one to send a
