Cooper, June 3: -There was an "educational rally" at Indiantown school house on Thursday, May 29, at 8:30 p. m., for the purpose of raising funds for enlarging the already large and spacious school house. There were two able and convincing lectures given?one by Miss Frayser, head of Home Economics at Winthrop.and one by Rev F H Wardlaw. Miss Frayser told in her quiet but convincing way of what manual training is to a child, and how unfair we are to provide all book learning and no hand work for pupils.
