Rev P S McChesney, the Presbyterian minister at Kingstree, preached a very able sermon at Central church Sunday afternoon, using as his text Isaiah I.and part of the 18th verse: "Let us reason together." Some of the children of the Methodist and Baptist Sunday-schools are being trained for the celebration of Children's day. This annual occasion is always a success and the pleasure of this day is anxiously anticipated by all.
