Just for Convenience,
Entirely apart from the many'
other advantages of a Personal

Bank, the convenience of it is
no small consideration. The

without the necessity of always
having a pocketful of
money is worth a great deal.
With a Cheek Book in your i
pocket, you are taking no risks
of losing money and yet you i
at a ays have all of your money;
on hand and ready for use.
One is as liable to need money
before nine in the morning or i
after three as between those
hours. The Personal Check:

Is there an agent of the National
Humane society or of any other organization
for .the prevention of
cruelty to dumb animals in Kingstree
or Williamsburg county? If not,
there should be! It is not unusual
to see a horse or a mule that is
scarcely able to lift one foot after
the other for the locomotion of its
own body being pressed into arduous
service and with bones protruding,
lame, sore-backed and skin badly
lacerated by the cruel use of whip
or stick, made to perform feats for
which it is physically unfit. Not infrequently
