affidavit of F B Rhodus,. the plaintiff
herein, showing that the above entitled
action is brought for the partition and
sale of real estate^ituate in the county
of Williamsburg, State of soutn Carolina,
and that the defendant. Harps
McDonald, is an infant of the age of
nineteen years, and does not reside in
this State, but is now residing at Otter
Creek, in the State of Florida, and is
entitled to an interest in the said real
estate; now. on motion of Lee & Fishburn,
attorneys for the Plaintiff:
It is ordered, that Edwin L Hirsch,
Esq, an attorney of this court, who '
is a suitable and competent person, be,
and he hereby is, designated and appointed
a guardian ad litem for the said
defendant. Harps McDonald, and as i
such authorized and directed to answer
and defend the above entitled action on
his behalf, unless the said Harps McDonald,
or some one on his behalf, within
twenty days after the service upon
him of this order, shall procure to be
appointed a guardian ad litem for the
said Harps McDonald, defendant above !
