Mrs Cox, who is Captain of the young people's and children's brigade of the Woman's Home Mission society of Bethesda church, planned a picnic for May 27 and well did the brigade appreciate her thoughtful kindness. They came with their parents, and each was allowed the privilege of inviting a friend, and come they did?carri;iges perilously loaded down, buggies, bicycles and pedestrians; but one lady very humbly explained that her horse was crippled before that morning.
