Death ol a Young Lady. Sadder beyond the usual inevitable melancholy associated with mortal suffering and death was the passing of Miss Margaret G Eilerbe,' which occurred Friday, March 18, at the home of Mr and Mrs H Fox- j worth, near Fowler postofTice. The j remains were taken to Sumter county for interment at the home of the j deceased, near Rembert postoffice. The cause cf Miss Ellerbe's death was a relapse from measles. The j young lady came to this county last fall to teach the Burrows school and did faithful service until incapac* tated by the fell disease that ended her young life. During her last illness her mother was at her bed-side j and Mr and Mrs Foxworth, at whose home she boarded, and all the neighborhood as well, were unremitting in their attentions to the stricken one, with whom they so deeply sympathized. Miss Eilerbe was only 19 yeaas old and her death has cast a gloom over i the whole community where she had gained many friends by her faithful attention to her duties and her winning personality.
