Miss Theodosia Dargan, president of the association, said at the conclusion of the session that the reports of the contesting schools showed that there had been marked improvement during the past year in consolidation building!?, grounds, equipment of rooms and fixtures, average attendance, enrollment, teaching forces and local taxation, also that there had been formed during the year a number of local associations. There were present at the meeting yesterday Miss Theodosia Dargan, president; Mrs Dora Lee Walker, vice presideut; Miss Lizzie Rogers, recording secretary; Miss Elise JRudd, treasurer; Louisa B Poppenheim, chairman of the executive committee, First district; Fannie Oeighton, Third district; Flora McKelvey, Fourth district and Marie Willoughby, Sixth district, Miss U May Padgett of the Second district being absent.
