Moody, February 15:?I have read
with interest the discussion of the
lien law and the prohibition questions
in your columns. I believe it is the
intention of our law-makers to aid
the poor farmers and relieve them
from the vexations of the labor question.
Almost everything in the way
of legislation is to ,(heip the poor
pian", consequently nothing is ever
done for the poor man. Whatever is
done is always against his iuterest.
