a "conflict" and had tne meeting
been either earlier or later I could ?
have attended it without difficulty.
In my judgment the Clemson trustee
meeting was of far more importance
than of my auswering the roll call j
here. Had I attended the meeting of!
the senate on the 7th I would have! '
to have left immediately to attend
the trustee meeting on the 8th.
