Lynch's river and Lynch's
lake, tind quite a number of those
people who have lost almost their
entire crops of cotton, corn, peas, and
potatoes, forage, etc. Their gardens
are a total loss aud unless they are
helped they will suffer to a greater
or less extent. We therefore in their
behalf appeal to the good people of
Williamsburg county to contribute
something to relieve these people
from this condition of waut. A ny
