Harpers, October 19:-Our graded school between Harper and Rosemary opened last Monday with t a good attendance. Both the teachers were present with evident deterynination to give their charges proper instruction, countiug of course, upon the co-operation of the children c ifiemselves and tbeir parents. Mr Johnson is nowhaving a bridge built across Black river at Potato ferry. We cousider .
