has closed, the total amount collected
being $72.70, which has
been forwarded to head-quarters
through the Columbia State. :

Dr Ball is one of Charleston's
leading physicians and is
a polished gentleman withal.
Dr Ball met quite a number of 1

very favorably impressed by his 1
pleasant address.

beautifying the streets and pub- .
