Cberaw Editor Alleges Discrimination
by Dispensary Board
Mr J M fctricklin, editor of the
Cheraw Chronicle, in an editorial
statement last week, poured some
hot shot into the dispensary camp
over there. Chesterfield is one county
whose legislative delegation has
always favored the dispensary, and
this was ever regarded in consequence
as a dispensary county.
But at the recent election the prohibitionists
won. However, tin
matter is in litigation and the dispensary
is still in operation.
Mr Strickliu says in his editorial: 1

to law, and because The Chrouicle

it can get along without it. We only
