rinds the celebration in Georgetown
his week is out of the ordinary.
?ew towns in the State are in the
jentennial class and certainly j
Georgetown is entitled to all the
jood thiugs that have been said
ibout her in connection with this.
uteresting anniversary. In. this1
cnnection.it may be of interest to
state that Georgetown, as a settle
lient, is probably nearer two hunired
than one hundred years old,
his ceutennial, as we understand
t, marking the one hundredth an.
1
liversary of the town's incorporation, i
Dur own town of Kingstree was
bunded in 1734 and we believe!
jeorgetown's birth, as a settlement, \
mte-dates Kingstree some years.
At last the supreme court has
uled that J SFarnum, the Charleston
beer dispenser, must produce
lis papers in court. It will be renenibered
that when the committee
if investigation into-dispensary afairs
demanded these papers for inpectiou
MT Farnum refused to subnit
them and the committee apt

natter was delayed until last week
rhen the court decided that the dis- J
>uted papers must be brought before
he court to be passed upon as to the
>ropriety of turning them over to
he investigating committee. When
rdered to produce them Mr Farnum
lad sent the dochments over into
Georgia for safe-keeping and of
onrse he has not destroyed or sereted
any incriminating ones, if
nch there were among them.
)F INTEREST TO MOTHERS.
Thousands of little oues die every
ear of croup. Most of them could
lave been saved by a few doses of
Foley's Honey and Tar, and every
amily with children should keep it
q the house. It contains no opiates
nd is safe and sure. Mrs George H
hcket, San Francisco, Cal., wiites:
lMy baby had a dangerous attack
f croup and we thought she would
hoke to death, but one dose of
oley's Honey and Tar relieved her
t once after other remedies had
ailed. We are never a minute withut
it in the house." Sold by Dr D
J Scott.
If the good tish still in the sea
ire wise they will continue to
.bide there.
A FEARFUL FATE,
It is a fearful fate to have to enure

DOCTORS COULD NOT HEJLP
HER. m
"I had kidney trouble for years,"
writes Mrs Raymond Conner of Shelton,
Wash., "and the doctors could
not help me. I tried Foley's Kidney
Cure, and the very first dose
gave me relief and I am now cured.
I cannot say too much for Foley's
Kidney Cure." It makes the diseased
kidneys sound so they will
eliminate the poisons from the blood.
Unless they do this, good health is
impossible. Sold by Dr D C Scott.
Not all who think they think

NO CASE OF PNEUMONIA ON
RECORD.
We do not know of a single instance
where a cough or cold resulted
in pneumonia or consumption
when Foley's Honey and Tar had
been taken. It cures coughs and
colds perfectly, so do not take

which cause constipation, a condition
