Order of "Dispensary" or "No Uis
pensarv" Election.

County of Williamsburg \
A petition has been tiled with me as
County Supervisor of Williamsburg
County signed by more than one-fourth
of the qualified voters of said county.
! asking tor an election upon the question
of removal of dispensaries from said
county, with the accordance with the
provisions of the Act entitled "An Act
10 amend section 7 of an Act entitled,
"An Act tolprovide for the election of
the State board af Control and to further
regulate the sale, use.consuniption
transportaton and disposition of intoxi-j
eating and alcoholic liquors or liquids i
in this State, and prescribe furthre i
penalties for violation of the dispensary
laws, and to police the same,' ap-1
proved March 6th, 1S9G," which Act <
was approved February 25th, 190C and
j appears on page 186 of the Acts of Gen- j
eral Assembly of that year; and of the
I Act so amended.
| Under the provisions of that Act
[ and Acts amended thereby, it is my
iltjtv to order an election submitting
the question of ''dispensary" or "no;
dispensary" to the qualified voters of
Williamsburg County.
Therefore, acting under the authori- i
ty and di-eetion of said Acts of General
Assembly. I hereby order a special
election upon the question of "dispensary"
or "no dispensary" to be held I
in the said county on Tuesday, the 21st
day of November, 1905 within the legal
voting hours prescribed by law, to wit:
