It was a little cloudy in Kingstree but the eclipse could be easily obi served. The Georgetown second nine f played the first of a series of games here Wednesday, winning from Kingstree by a score of 8 to 7. Mr Hugh McCutchen went to | Sumter county last week to at-1 tend the funeral services of his I cousin, Miss Jane McCutchen, near Wisacky. There will be an eclipse of the sun on August 20.
