The marriage of Miss Hallic Rollins and Mr
William 8 Moore was solemnized on Wednesday
aftenioon, June 'JO, at G p. m., in the Baptist
chureh. It was an unusually lovely wedding. ,
The church was elaliorutcly decorated with ]>alnis
ferns, smilax and cut flowers. Durinp the ceremony,
which was performed by Rev T .1 Rooke
according to the Episcopal service, the bridal :
couple stoiKl beneath a large floral marriage lell. !
The bride was charming in her wedding gown of 1
w hite mouseline oyer taffeta, with a long veil and '
orange blossoms, caught up with a handsome j
brooch set with diamonds and js-arls, a gift of the |
groom. She carried a bouquet of lridcs' roses.!
The maid of honor, Mi-s Ellen Douglas Moore, !
wore white point d'esprit, over taiteta, and the j
lame of honor, Mrs H V Epps, was dre-sod in
black silL grenadine over black tafletu. Tlif
page, little Archie Epjis, who carried the ring on
a silver waiter, wore a white satin suit, and his
sister Ethel, the flower girl, wore w hite silk
mull.
The attendants were: Miss ora Moore w ith I>r
Om Matthews, Mis* Laura Font, w ith Mr Carwile
Brook.-; Miss Addie Rollins, with Mr Arthur'
Moore; mlss Kate Lide, with MrC W Wolfe; Miss

were all becomingly attired in white silk i

Miss Bornice Hinuant played the Wedding March j
from Lohengrin, and during the ceremony the
soft, sweet strains of 'Hearts and Flowers'' lent |
impressiveness to the beautiful and solemn scene. | i

the mother of the bride. At 9 o'clock the
happy couple boarded the Southbound train to

The bride Is the youngest daughter of the lute ,
R D Rollins and has a host of friends and ad- !
mirerv, and the groom Is a jxipular young tobuc- j
oo warehouseman from South Boston. Va. The
bride's jiopularity was attested bv the many
handsome presents she received.
