M Belk, of Scranion, 8 C, have
been practicing dentistry wiihout
license. We have investigated)
these matters and from the evidence
brought before us we cannot

attention that 11 Nachman, of
Lake Oitv, S C, has been grossly
ill treating stock, to wil, about
twelve or fifteen head of mules,
by failing to feed and properly
attend to 1 hern. Upon investip'Jlion
we feel bound to present him
for cruelty to animals, recommending
that the solicitor take
such action in the premises as
may seem to him proper, and we
submit as witnesses, L F Edwards,

We are sorry to learn from
different sections of the county
that our public roads are still in
very bad condition. We .ire informed
that the county line road

Mingo township are in very bad
condition. We are also in formed
that the crossing at Bass' bridge,
Smith's bridge and Anderson's
bridge, on By itch's river, and
Brown's bridges, 011 Lynch's lake
are in an extremely dangerous
condition. We lecomtnend and
insist that the supervisor give his
immediate attention to lhe<e
different roads and crossings and
have them put in proper con ill
lion at once. We lurther recomniend
that mile posts he put on all
> public roads and that sign-boards
be placed at all important cross
loads.in the county.

of the court house grounds.
