I&ny people say?and we do not doubt the truth of the assertion? that the roads are in a worse plight generally than they have been for ten or even twenty years. This condition is particularly hard on the farmers who have to haul fertilizers and 1t -is perfectly natural that there should be some strenuous . "kicking" among them.
