Campbell, of Williamsburg county, was awarded damages in the sum of $312.50 in the court of common pleas yesterday in his suit against the Consolidated Railway, Gas and Electric Company for false arrest and malicious prosecution. Messrs. J. H. Moore and G. F. Von Kolniiz, Jr., represented Mr. Campbell. The consolidated company was represented bv Air. r. ti. craasden. The action was for $2,000, Campbell alleging that lie was arrested and charged with assault by R. M.
