the incumbents and both have
given excellent satisfaction in disi

Court convenes here on Monday,
Dec 2. Judge Aldrich presiding.
If the point is raised as to
the defective jury law and the
presiding judge agrees with Judge
Gary, no ctiminal cases can be
tried. It is hoped that the bar
can agree not to raise this point.
