Mr. Mima, who lives five or six fi

until about 9 o'clock, leav- 5

was tracked to the river bank. A J

body of the horse was seen in the
water and towed ashore,still hitched
to the cart. The river was
then dragged for the body
of the missing man, bet up
to this time nothing has
been found except his hat and
cushion and storm apron.
Mr. Mims was 50 years old and
leaves a wife and one child. He
was thrifty and energetic, and a
devoted husband and father. His
weakness tor 6trong drink was
his chief fault and to it he osttr*
his untimely end andii*e bereaved
condition of his wife and child.
His fate is universally deplored
and great sympathy is felt for his
family.
