Capt. John A. Kellev, who is
well known and highly esteemed
in this city, has been elected intendant
of the thriving little town
ofKingstret. Mr. M. F. Heller
was elected of one of the wardens.
We do not know the other gentlemen
who were elected, but presuming
they are enterprising citizens,
we congratulate Kingstree
upon securing the services of these

The graded school opened Monday
