Be if ordained by the intendent and wardens of' the town of Kingstrrc, in Council assembled. Sec I. That the sale of alcohol, nun, {jin, brandy, whi-Jrey and intoxicating bitters used as a beverage containing alcoholic liquors of ?iiy kind, is prohibited, within the lncorpojite limits of the town of Kirtgstree, only in accordance with the laws of the <tate of Seath Carolina, and the decisions of tin* Supreme Court.
